Who We Help

Construction projects are complicated — especially for boards, property managers, and owners who don’t speak “contractor.” Clear Line Construction Management exists to be your translator, advocate, and objective partner.

How We Work

With experience overseeing projects of all sizes, we step in at any stage — but the earlier we’re involved, the more value we can bring. From navigating contractor bids to resolving costly change orders, we provide clear, plain-English recommendations that protect stakeholders and keep projects on track.

Proven Results

  • During the COVID material cost surge, we helped an HOA navigate doubled wood prices by finding practical alternatives.

  • On a painting project, we guided an HOA president through change orders to maximize value under a tight budget.

Why It Matters

A third-party construction manager saves money by anticipating challenges before they get expensive, guiding fair change orders, and ensuring contractors deliver quality work. For stakeholders without technical expertise, we provide peace of mind and an informed voice at the table.

Our Mission

To safeguard your project, save you money, and deliver peace of mind.

Our Story

I started Clear Line Construction Management after seeing firsthand how overwhelming construction projects can feel for HOAs, property managers, and property owners who don’t have in-house expertise. Too often, I watched stakeholders struggle to interpret contractor language, compare bids that didn’t align, or feel pressured into decisions without having all the facts.

I wanted to change that. My goal was to create a service that acts as a translator, advocate, and neutral third party — someone who speaks both “construction” and plain English. From the earliest planning stages through final walkthroughs, I help clients anticipate challenges before they become expensive, navigate contractor relationships with confidence, and keep projects aligned with their goals and budgets.

At Clear Line, our story is really about yours: making sure your project is managed with clarity, transparency, and peace of mind.

Construction can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to manage it alone. Request a project review and get clear, objective guidance.
