I started Clear Line Construction Management after seeing firsthand how overwhelming construction projects can feel for HOAs, property managers, and property owners who don’t have in-house expertise. I wanted to change that. My goal was to create a service that acts as a translator, advocate, and neutral third party — someone who speaks both “construction” and plain English.
